Work In Progress- Day of the Dead Girl

Here is my Dia de Los Muertos chick... finally my first sculpt in six months. Im so glad to be at it again.  She is almost done. I'll be posting pics of her finished this weekend.  It took a lot of smushed faces just to get to this point :D

Eyeballs Anyone?

I made some eyeballs a few days ago. I guess I didn't do the best paint job in the world and a lot of them have some tiny specks or bubbles.  Maybe my UV gloss is getting old.  They're not horrendous or anything but I'm gonna toss em unless somebody may use them for something just message me and I'll mail em to ya.  I hate to throw eyeballs in the trash!

I've taken a little break but I'll be sculpting again soon.  I've been working a "real" job and moving and getting robbed the last few weeks.  But at least I still have a computer.   Cya soon!

IADR 2011 Awards

Ok so these are awful pics but I was just excited and wanted to post em. I just got these in the mail a couple days ago.   My first ever award of any kind ...and I got two of them at once.  I can't believe it!

Flower Fairy

Just finished # 13!

I just finished my flower fairy and I took a quick pic.  I think she's awfully purty this one. I'll post more pics tomorrow.  Here she is...

Yes only 13. Im so sloooowww. This one's gonna be a flower fairy. I dont really have a plan on what she'll look like yet though...

Big eye fairy

Here's a little fairy I made the other day just for fun.  I didn't really bother to make her fantastic, I just get where I need to make something fast or different in between my "normal" sculpts. She's about 2 1/2" tall.  But I am on to the next one now, I have started on a garden fairy for the IADR show and a new mermaid.

Geisha Koi Mermaid

I have her all finished.  I decided to make her a redhead at the last moment and to give her a sorta geisha-ish hairstyle and I like how it turned out.  Here are some pics. I plan to list her on Ebay tomorrow.
